Despite some issues with my order, which the manager quickly corrected, my experience was pretty good. The burger and fries were a 10/10
Best clock around in my opinion! Customer service is great, food is good quality, fresh, and reasonable priced, tastes great too. I always do the drive thru, and they are always fast, and friendly. I love that they are a meat and 3 that's open on Sundays. Would recommend!
This restaurant serves good food. I have eaten there before I have no problem with the food quality. On February 18,2024 I stopped there for a calabash chicken salad no cucumbers. When salad came out I said no cucumbers right she said let's look. Look through the clear top we saw no cucumbers. But when I got home and started moving the chicken all the cucumbers were up under chicken I started picking them out and tossed them in the trash. When I call back the manager asked did I wanna bring it back for another salad I explained what I did she said she would have to contact the owner cause of strict food policy. She expect a call back. I waited close to 2hrs for phone call back before I called back because I was starving by this time and wanted know of needed to get something to eat or what. She told me it would be a little bit longer. Now being ill I said never had wait this long for a decision. She explained they had been busy. I explained I never had to wait this long over decision for some food. I said I'll just eat salad cause I'm hungry and I'll take my business elsewhere. Then you manager instead of some kind of reply hung phone up on me which I thought was quite rude. My problem was how the situation was handled and the manager rudeness of hanging up on me.
I love this place. The food is always so good and fresh and all our servers have been so nice.
I was apart of a group of nine people, so we had to wait a short time for seating. When seated our waitress was well informed and on top of her job. The menu is chock full of options complete with a kiddo menu. Drinks came first and as ordered. The food was made to order, cooked well and delicious by all accounts. The layout of the restaurant is open with tables and booths. Memorabilia lines the walls and ceiling in places.
